BFW was proud to provide the structural design for a new Busey Brank branch in Rantoul, Illinois. Partnered with Ratio Architects, this new facility provides private offices, teller services, a covered drive through, and a secure night drop box. The lobby features high ceilings and a wall of storefront glass which provides beautiful natural lighting.

- Single-story bank measuring approximately 50 feet by 70 feet
- Total floor area of 3,500 square feet
- This location also features a covered three lane drive through for efficient customer service, an exterior ATM, and a secure night drop box.
- Construction Details
- Loadbearing cold-formed metal stud walls
- Wide flange steel beams and rod web steel joists
- Lateral system composed of plywood-sheathed shear walls in both exterior and interior walls
- Supported by a concrete stem wall over a continuous concrete wall footing
This project blends practical design with durable construction which will help Busey provide services to the Rantoul community for years to come.
