Last night we were proud to attend the 2026 Engineering Excellence Awards Gala in Chicago and honored to receive a Merit Award from ACEC-Illinois for our work on the Skyline Drive and Crenshaw Road Roundabout in Williamson County. This $2.6 million improvement transformed a crash-prone intersection just northwest of Marion into a modern roundabout that improves traffic flow and safety for drivers and truck traffic. Our team provided full engineering and grant assistance from concept through design approval. Now open to traffic, the roundabout is expected to reduce injury crashes by nearly 85%, creating a safer, more efficient connection for the Marion area community.Thank you to Williamson County Engineer George Shepard for selecting us to lead this critical work, along with our partners Quigg Engineering Inc., Hanson Professional Services Inc., and Samron Midwest Contracting for bringing this project to life.#BFWMarcum #EngineeringExcellence #ACEC #meritaward ...
