Marcum Engineering collaborated with Rufus Johnson and Associates to design the Real Life Sango church facility. This 31,100 sq-ft facility was designed for fellowship, worship, and education. Marcum Engineering completed the following designs:

- Electrical
The design incorporates energy-efficient, maintenance-friendly, and simplistic systems for the Owner’s benefit. These systems include benefits such as:
- Low-water consumption plumbing fixtures
- Packaged rooftop units and variable refrigerant volume systems
- LED lighting with digital controls
