Paducah & Louisville Railway Office

Paducah, Kentucky – McCracken County

Bacon Farmer Workman (BFW) and Marcum Engineering took on the new Paducah & Louisville Railway Corporate Offices project in Paducah, Kentucky. To complete the new offices, BFW and Marcum provided the civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical design services and the geotechnical, plumbing, surveying, testing, and inspection services for the new 25,640 square feet two story facility. Outside the facility, the exterior site work such as the paved parking areas and landscaping were included in the design and engineering work. Within the facility, new and modern office space were designed which included:

  • Administrative offices
  • Grand foyer/receiving area
  • Corporate office suites
  • Lounges/break room
  • Conference/board room
  • Kitchen
  • Client waiting areas

BFW and Marcum are proud to have designed Paducah & Louisville Railway’s new corporate offices in Paducah, Kentucky, which will allow employees to work efficiently and comfortably in their new space.

This new two-story facility is 25,640 square feet in total and consists of the following types of spaces:
