The North Thompsonville Road TARP project included a 2.15-mile project to upgrade from an oil/chip roadway to provide an HMA wearing surface with a 3’ wide aggregate wedge shoulder for the entire 2.15-miles. To fulfill the project needs, Bacon Farmer Workman (BFW) completed multiple IDOT requirements such as:
- IDOT BLRS Phase I LAFO documents
- Contract plans in compliance with IDOT policies
- Special provisions in compliance with IDOT policies
In addition, BFW staff played a crucial role in writing the grant to secure TARP funding for Williamson County.
