Murray-Calloway Area Technology Center

Murray, Kentucky – Calloway County

Marcum Engineering, LLC and sister company Bacon Farmer Workman Engineering & Testing, Inc. provided the full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil site, and structural engineering on this new technology center that replaces an aging facility. The Area Technology Center unites two school districts, Murray Independent and Calloway County Schools, and offers students coursework in many areas of study. After graduation, the students are both ready for the workforce, and/or continuing on their career path at a post-secondary level.

The new facility is a total of 40,600 square feet and consists of high bay areas, laboratories, classrooms, and administrative offices.
