For the Marion Jr. High Locker Room renovation, Bacon Farmer Workman (BFW) collaborated with Baysinger Architects, as the lead architect. Josh Alstat and his team handled the structural design, which included a 2,300-square-foot renovation. The project required BFW to provide:
- Detailed structural analysis of the existing elevated concrete floor system.
- Retrofitting of the existing roof system.
These changes ensured the chosen interior finishes would not exceed its weight capacity and that the roof system would accommodate the installation of two new rooftop units. This project was based in Marion, Illinois.
