The Marion Jr. High Locker Room renovation is a local structural project that BFW was honored to support in collaboration with Baysinger Architects as the lead architect. Josh Alstat and his team handled the structural design, which included a 2,300-square-foot renovation. The project required a detailed structural analysis of the existing elevated concrete floor system to ensure the chosen interior finishes would not exceed its weight capacity. Additionally, the existing roof system was retrofitted to accommodate the installation of two new rooftop units.
