Marcum Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the renovation of a 7,500 square foot area on the first floor of the Madison County Annex Building. This project transformed the space into a modern facility to support fiscal court functions and county operations.

- Additional renovated space for offices and support functions
Audio-Visual Systems:
- Wall-mounted monitors
- Ceiling-mounted speakers
- Bench and podium microphones with full connectivity for meetings
Mechanical Systems:
- Reuse of two-year-old water source heat pumps
- Reconfigured and relocated ductwork to serve revised HVAC zones
- Installation of one additional heat pump
