Bacon Farmer Workman (BFW) was entrusted with transforming the unusable third floor of the Kappa Sigma building. Several steps were needed to create a usable space such as:
- Demolished the third floor on the north wing
- Rebuilt a taller third floor
- Created usable rooms on the new, taller floor
This project took place at 212 E, Daniel St., Champaign, IL. BFW is proud to have built a more accessible and useful space for Kappa Sigma to utilize.
