Bacon Farmer Workman (BFW) provided extensive services to complete the JC 9003 to I-69 Corridor Conversion project for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC). Both the corridor and interchange needed updated guardrails and mainline barriers. Other improvements and services included:

To ensure the longevity and safety of the corridor improvements, BFW met the standards and requirements for the Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH), Interstate Standards, I-69 Conversion Agreement, Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), KYTC, and FHWA. In addition, BFW provided deed research, right-of-way plans, and legal descriptions for the project.
