This project involves the construction of a new overpass bridge for the extension of Ingram Road to the south of US60 as part of Sikeston’s industrial park development. Bacon Farmer Workman (BFW) was responsible for:
- Administration:
- Review CRE2O reports
- Complete change orders, documentation of pay items, and generate estimates
- Review and approval of subcontracts
- Update local partners on construction activities
- Maintain MoDOT’s stormwater database
- Save documentation to MoDOT’s SharePoint site
- Complete all applicable portions of AASHTOWare (AWP)
- Contractor and Construction Administration:
- Verify compliance with contract documents
- Verify layout
- Monitor quality control plan
- Review payrolls
- Manage traffic control for work zones
- Inspections:
- Construction
- Contractor Performance
- Material Testing
- Erosion Control
In addition, BFW conducted QA and QC testing along with monitoring. BFW is proud to have managed the project to create a new overpass and expand the transportation capabilities of the Sikeston industrial park development.
