Bacon Farmer Workman (BFW) collaborated with Cooperative Building Solutions to provide civil engineering and surveying services, enabling Gibson Electric to open a new Member Services Center in Clinton, Kentucky. The project features:
- 12,000 SF building
- 18,000 SF covered parking structure
- Mass grading
- Stormwater detention pond design
- Force main design with a package lift station
The project took place on 10.5 acres in the Hickman County’s Enterprise Park. To achieve success, the new Member Services Center project required coordination with all project disciplines and careful attention to every detail, such as balancing views from US Highway 51 with driveway slopes at the rear.
The new Member Services Center will significantly improve functionality by providing a modern facility with ample space and essential infrastructure. This ensures efficient operations and a better experience for both employees and members.
