Embarras River

This project consisted of preparing a TSL, Phase I and II plans.  The project was needed to remove and replace a bridge over the Embarras River near Villa Grove.  The proposed structure will be wider to include a shared use path.  The project will include the roadway rehabilitation south to the intersection IL 6 and north to just beyond a reconstructed school entrance.  The shared use path will extend the length of the project.  Staged construction will be used to for traffic control.
