BFW provided survey, structural, and civil engineering services for Danville District 118 as part of a comprehensive upgrade to its athletic facilities. Completed in 2024, this $5.7 million project enhances safety, accessibility, and overall functionality for students, athletes, and the community. The improvements modernize key infrastructure and elevate the student experience on and around the field.
Scope of Services
• Survey, structural, and civil engineering services for full-site upgrades
• New underground drainage system to improve field performance
• Cast-in-place concrete home bleachers and a new slab for visitor bleachers
• New synthetic turf football field
• Tunnels connecting the field to interior locker rooms
• Accessible routes from the field to the school
• New press box, scoreboard, and upgraded LED lighting
