Cape Special Road District needed to remove and replace the 3-span bridge on County Road 657 over Scism Creek. For this $650,000 project, Bacon Farmer Workman (BFW) provided preliminary engineering, survey, and administration services including:
- Engineering:
- Complete set of roadway and bridge plans
- Specifications for a local letting
- Survey:
- Topographic survey of the road and ROW
- Channel/floodplain cross-sections up- and down-stream of the crossing
- Administration and Submittals:
- Environmental Survey Request submittal
- Preliminary Bridge Design and Hydraulic Report submittal
- Submittals and coordination necessary to receive Corps of Engineers Permits
