BFW provided preliminary and final plans, construction inspection, and oversight for the Governor’s Cost Share-funded signalization and geometric expansion of the Route 61 intersection. This provided an improved entrance to the Carlisle Construction Materials development immediately south of US 60/Future I-57 in Sikeston, Missouri. This project required careful consideration of MoDOT Local Project Administration guidelines, MoDOT SE District Traffic Permitting requirements, multi-jurisdictional utility relocation, as well as reimbursement requirements specific to the Governor’s Cost Share Program guidelines.
