The design team updated the Student Services Office, Auditorium, and Restrooms, including tearing down current Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical (MPE) systems and making modifications to modernize these areas with the latest technology, lighting, and lighting controls, along with ensuring ADA compliance in the restrooms.

Marcum Engineering provided the following design services for the renovation of the Student Services Office: Plumbing, HVAC, Lighting, Power, and Special Systems.   For the Auditorium and restrooms, Marcum provided: Plumbing, HVAC, Lighting, Power, and Special Systems.
