Environmental Manager

BFW is seeking an Environmental Manager for our Paducah, Kentucky, St. Louis, Missouri, Lexington, Kentucky, or Evansville, Indiana, office location.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- Professional Licensure or Certifications in the field of specialization
- Valid Driver’s License in the state of residence
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, including site reconnaissance, regulatory research, and environmental sampling.
- Analyze field and laboratory data and prepare clear, compliant Phase I & II ESA reports with findings and recommendations.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure high‑quality, efficient project delivery.
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures during all field activities.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of ABET-accredited college education completed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated and eager learner, with an aptitude to grow and develop within the field
- Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- MicroStation, Revit, and AutoCAD experience are a plus
