Unity High School Break Room

Tolono, Illinois – Champaign County

Unity High School need a 1600 square foot Work Room Addition to provide a break room, workspace, and restrooms for the school faculty. Bacon Farmer Workman (BFW) was entrusted with the project and supplied the structural engineering design for the project. This addition allowed for multiple changes and improvements such as:

• ADA access to the end of the existing building
• Renovation of some interior spaces
• Reuse of previously occupied interior square footage
• Structural reinforcement to existing MEP tunnel adjacent to the addition

In the summer of 2015, the project was completed on schedule. BFW is proud to have contributed to the increase in facilities and access to the Unity High School.
